When we got to our destination we met our host her name is Barbara. Barbara is a very nice lady and she works very hard which means she is not always available. My wife and I had a wonderful time at the forge every day we went out. All the places that we went to was close and within driven distance. For example we went to Lyme Regis this is about 45minets away. We recommend you take coffee tea salt pepper and toilet rolls as not a lot there. My wife and I loved it there and definitely would go there again. Look out for the little swallowsYou will see them out the back whereSeating area is. Beautiful 😊

Perfect hideaway for a reasonably fit couple (steepish stairs, deep bath/shower basin and walks from front door) and a dog (particularly well catered for). Comfortable and well-equipped. Beautiful surroundings.

Great cottage, great location. Easy access to all the areas around. Especially nice butchers and bakers in Crewkerne which set us with meat and cheese and bread and pastries for the week.
