Outside has a large, enclosed lawned garden with patio and decking area with plenty of furniture to sit out and enjoy the afternoon sun with a refreshing beverage. Cheddar is a delightful village, which gives access to a number of local tourist attractions, including the stunning Cheddar Gorge, a limestone gorge in the Mendip Hills AONB showcasing exhibitions about their formation and rich history, and was the place where Britain's oldest complete human skeleton was found, estimated to date back over 9,000 years. Visit the Cheddar Reservoir, perfect for those interested in fishing, boating and birdwatching, with a plethora of wildlife in the area. The Mendip Way offers an 80km footpath, ideal for those who enjoy walking and cycling, with some of the most picturesque country views along the way. Take a drive towards the stunning coastline for a variety of local sandy beaches where you can treat your little ones to a picnic, or simply let them run and play in the sand, while you enjoy a relaxing swim in the water.
