This property is situated in the village of Meare in Somerset, within walking distance of the village pub and of the Shapwick Heath Nature Reserve, which makes a pleasant place for a relaxing country walk or an enjoyable cycle ride. The historic town of Glastonbury is only three miles away, with its breath taking ruinous abbey, and its peaceful chalice well gardens. The shops in Glastonbury are a far cry from the usual high street stores, making it a wonderful town for an afternoon of browsing and exploring. Some fifteen miles to the north of the property, visitors will find the seaside town of Burnham on Sea, whilst the huge beach at Weston Super Mare is just a few more miles around the coast. On arrival at this property, guests will be able to relax straight away in the spacious L shaped lounge/diner with its thick carpets, comfortable seating, wood burner, TV/DVD, and French windows which open onto a patio. The dining area here has a dining table seating eight, whilst a second dining table seating six can be found in the separate kitchen/diner. This room is well equipped with everything that guests will need, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Three of the property s six bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all of which are pleasant double rooms. There is also a bathroom on this floor, which offers a shower over bath and WC.
