This property is located in the village of Meare, 0.7 miles from the village pub and the Shapwick Heath Nature Reserve, with its abundance of wildlife. Fifteen miles to the north of the property, the resort of Burnham on Sea, is a traditional seaside resort with a wide sandy beach, a pier, and a range of cafes. The historic town of Glastonbury is an easy three miles away from the property, and offers a range of quirky shops, a large array of restaurants, pubs, and tearooms, as well as the famous ruinous abbey, and the legendary Chalice Well Gardens, said to be where Joseph of Arimathea left the Holy Grail. When guests arrive at this property, they will first find themselves in the hallway which leads onto the spacious kitchen/diner with a dining table that can accommodate 10 guests at one end, and a well equipped kitchen area at the other, where guests will find a cookmaster range cooker and everything else you would need to prepare your evening meals.
