The dishwasher was hard work to pack and the grass could have really done with a cut as was too long to play football with the kids.

The main room is such a sociable, well-equipped space. The house is stylishly decorated and every room is a great size with comfy beds. The only drawback is that one of the two bathrooms is an en-suite, meaning people walk through this bedroom to use it or ten people share a bathroom. Not too much of an issue for a weekend though.

! We had everything we needed and more and the bottle of wine was a lovely touch, thank you. If I had to suggest 1 thing, it would be the hot tub… by Sunday morning it was quite cloudy and smelly, so became off putting. If there was a way a top up of chemicals could be added mid stay, I think that would make the experience more enjoyable as at the end of the day 9 people in a hot tub is bound to off balance the chemicals. I also think a future upgrade of the hot tub would be something to look into as you offer a 12 person stay with a small tub. Otherwise can’t wait to book again!!
