The property itself was perfect however the evening before returning home the electrical lock on the exterior gate failed and we were unable to get in. After two hours of trying to get hold of someone and little help from cottages.com, had to climb two fences and dismantle lock to gain access. The owners then claimed that we and cottages.com had not attempted to contact them.
