The market town of Ross-on-Wye is close by, in Herefordshire, and offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, while a short drive away is the historic city of Gloucester, home to Victorian Docklands and a Norman Cathedral, the cloisters of which were used as a location in the Harry Potter films.

Facilities catered for our needs and the owners were amazing and were always contactable to help with any enquiries we had. Felt very welcomed when arriving! Perfect retreat for a couples getaway for some R&R and peace and quiet. Highly recommended! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cut short our stay as my partner was required to attend an emergency Hospital appointment. Would love to come back again so as to complete our sightseeing of the beautiful surroundings!

We used it as a base to visit nearby historical sites. The accommodation had everything we could possibly need. Lots of thought from the owners had gone into providing a very comfortable stay.
