Accessed via 52 steps, this elevated spot provides a private escape surrounded by nature. Inside, the lodge features an open-plan living area and kitchen along with a double bed, offering a light and airy space to relax. The bathroom includes a shower and Heated towel rail for added comfort. Outside, you’ll find an enclosed lawned garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The owners keep ducks and chickens, adding a charming rural touch to the experience.

A lovely out of the way location, with some great walks straight from the gate. The accommodation was to a high standard with everything you need provided.

The perfect get away for 2! For us it was an ideal location to travel to lots of local places of interest like; Gloucester, Puzzlewood & even a quick trip to Wales. Good sized space & the bathroom/shower is such a good size (compared to lots of other places we have stayed). I don’t think there was anything missing from everything you needed for cooking, making teas/drinks etc. We are both really happy with our stay and great value for money!
