Air source underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates available on request. Patio area with garden furniture and barbecue. Two dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead unless in enclosed dog walking area. Electric vehicle charging point (shared). Bike store (shared). Private parking. No smoking.. This fabulous barn conversion which has been renovated over 2019/2020 is an ideal place for friends or families, set in Bream the property is a great base for exploring The Forest of Dean.

The property consists of open plan living/dining room with beams and a cosy wood burner for those cooler evenings. The kitchen area has all the appliances you could need to cook up a hearty meal, and has patio doors opening to the patio. A family shower room completes the picture. There is a double bedroom on the groud floor and a twin bedroom on the first floor.

There are many attractions in this area including miles of very scenic footpaths. The Forest of Dean also has fantastic cycle tracks for the family or for the serious mountain biker. Also close by are local attractions such as Beechenhurst, Puzzlewood, Clearwell Caves and Norchard Steam Railway. There are places of historic interest too such as Tintern Abbey and Chepstow Castle, and the market towns of Monmouth, Coleford and Ross on Wye. The Wye Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is just a short distance away. Shop and café 1 mile.

    Lovely property that has character and is comfortable. Beautiful surroundings. Dog friendly property. Safety gates to keep dogs out of the kitchen and away from log burner. Sharon and Kathy excellent hosts. Fully recommended.

    Our second visit was just as wonderful as the first. An incredibly well thought out holiday let in a great location with everything you need. Perfect for a dog based holiday.

    Nice place started off well but on the Monday new people arrived at the large house and took over the garden area there children played a number of ball games a bit noisy into the evening and lost the our privacy and parking space were they had there privacy around the side of the house and could not be seen the steps down into the kitchen are a bit steep for us and a medium sized dog and the dark brown settee was very uncomfortable to sit on for to long it gave me and my son backache and upstairs in the bedroom there was a bright green light that stayed on through the night and you couldn't cover it up over all a bit disappointed but the weather was great which was not planned and free
