A three-minute walk away from this cottage is the coast at Newton's Cove, favoured by locals and especially children will love exploring rock pools. Everyone can enjoy the coastal walks along the footpaths of the The Nothe enjoying stunning sea views, mature trees the cheeky friendly squirrels and many dog walks.

Weymouth’s award-winning blue flag beach with its Georgian sea front and soft golden sands is only 15 minutes' stroll along the harbour from The Lobster Pot, along the way you can admire the flotilla of fishing boats or an array of luxury cruisers gently washing against the harbour

Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, County town of Dorchester and Portland Bill lighthouse are all within a 30-minute drive and offer a fantastic day out.
