Accommodation: Located on the 2nd floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner with small balcony overlooking the harbour. Bedroom 1, double bed with ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 2, twin single beds. Bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet.

Additional services: Gas central heating, flat screen TV, fridge & freezer. Off road allocated basement gated parking for ONE Vehicle only, (size restriction of 1.8m high x 2m wide and 4.6m depth).  please note: A £50 refundable deposit is required for the remote control to operate parking gates to be paid in cash on arrival. Pedestrian access is via the main entrance which has three steps. *A lift is then available to the apartment, subject to availability.

As this property is centrally located adjacent to pubs / restaurants and a night club, the lively atmosphere of the area should be considered when booking this property.
