There are many Georgian houses which front along the esplanade with extensive sea views and walking the esplanade day dreaming about the beautiful houses is a common past time. It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find winding lanes with local independent shops for browsing as well as high street favourites. Greenhill is the ideal location for people want to be close to the centre without being in it.

Itâs our chill out time so being able to relax in the comfy recliners whilst looking at the sea is fabulous. The beds are comfy and the flat is warm and well equipped. The walk into Weymouth town is on the flat and is pleasant. I love it here and will be back time and time again!!!

The view from the lounge, kitchen and main bedroom is amazing. As we were 2 couples the second bedroom which overlooked the rear of the property was really small compared to the massive main bedroom with only a small rail to hang clothes compared to a double built in wardrobe. I had asked Sykes about the stairs as one previous reviewer had said they were spiral, I was told they aren't. They were a real struggle for most of us as they turn in a spiral but with proper stairs. Once you are up it's fine but arriving and leaving with suitcases, only the fittest could manage it. Apart from that, the apartment is really lovely and would recommend.

The intercom to let people in didnât open the front door. A ceiling fan would be useful as the temperature in the evening is very warm. An ice cube tray would be more useful than a gravy boat. These are just minor things as the holiday was great.
