This traditional-styled, three-storey, end-terrace cottage is situated in a residential street within the bustling seaside town of Weymouth, in Dorset. To the rear of the property is a large kitchen/diner, with all the tools you need to create delicious meals together, as well as a door leading out onto the enclosed courtyard.

Climbing the stairs, you will find the master bedroom, offering a plush king-size bed that you can curl up in after an action-packed day of exploring, or first choose to take a relaxing shower in the en-suite bathroom. Across the landing you will find a twin bedroom, while the second floor offers a further twin bedroom and a large family bathroom, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. The property has an enclosed courtyard area, ideal for enjoying the morning sun with a warming cup of tea and reading a good book. While you're in the area, take the time to visit Weymouth's delightful beach, only half a mile away, where you will find a traditional seafront.

The award-winning beach is famous for its soft golden sand and shallow waters, which are perfect for those who enjoy swimming or perfect for paddling with the little ones, or even take the opportunity for more adventurous water-based activities! The historic harbour is the ideal place to enjoy fish and chips as you watch the boats go by and the fishermen land their daily catch, and be sure to sample some local ice cream as you wander around. Explore the West Dorset Heritage Coastline, encompassing the 18-mile-long Chesil Beach, which is extremely popular with walkers and anglers, as well as Abbotsbury, which boasts several wonderful attractions, including a swannery, sub-tropical gardens and a magnificent castle, and the market town of Bridport, with its wonderful market and interesting variety of shops, restaurants and inns.

Weymouth is a popular coastal resort, with a wide variety of attractions on offer, including several glorious golden sandy beaches, which boast excellent watersports opportunities, along with a pretty harbour, from which you can take regular fishing trips. A short drive leads to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, around 7 miles away, or journey along the coastal road towards Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens.
