About this property

Boasting exceptional sea views overlooking Weymouth Beach is this stylish, first-floor apartment, Beachfront Paradise. It enjoys a prime position along the esplanade, just a stone’s throw from the sandy beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment is accessed via a communal entrance with an internal staircase leading to the first floor. Upon entering, step into the open-plan living space, and you will immediately be drawn to the balcony offering views over the golden beach. Step out onto the balcony to get a better view or perch yourself on the chesterfield sofas and catch up on the Smart TV. The kitchen is beautifully presented, boasting a large centre island housing integrated appliances, sure to inspire home-cooking when you’re not sampling a fine local restaurant. Wander to the rear of the apartment and find the bedrooms, including a double and a twin, each neutrally presented with ample storage space for your belongings. Freshen up in the sleek bathroom, choosing between a bath or shower, before heading out the door and visiting a local café for a warm drink. Beachfront Paradise boasts one of the best locations in Weymouth, being right on the shoreline and set above three fantastic restaurants, you won’t have to travel far to enjoy the delights of this town. Visit the SEA LIFE centre for a variety of aquatic life or head to Alexandra Gardens and explore fairground rides, food kiosks and other amusements. Alternatively, wander along the Jurassic coast and immerse yourself in the past as you scan for hidden fossils in the area. All this and more awaits at Beachfront Paradise.

The popular resort of Weymouth makes an outstanding year-round holiday destination, with a wide variety of attractions on offer, appealing to all tastes and ages. The glorious golden sandy beaches have excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports, whilst from the picturesque, bustling harbour you can take regular fishing trips. A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!

The smell of cooking seemed to come through the floor from the restaurant below

So beautiful and in a prime location... There was only a couple of points. The shutter in the main bedroom, the left one was hanging off and nothing there to warn it was broken which we learnt the hard way. There were parts of the apartment which weren't cleaned properly, there was food under the dining table and under the beds hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen sink wasn't sealed properly which caused a leak. Which went through to the restaurant downstairs. I did call Dream cottages to let them know and they were sending out the maintenence man when we left. Apart from these tiny points that didn't spoil our fun we fell in love with the place. It is beautiful and the original features especially on the balcony were amazing. We will defiantly be back. Thank you so so much xxx

but the entrance to the flat was very dirty, smelly, cigarette butts on the floor, and the road to the entrance is lined with bins which is very unappealing. we were told about the noise of the pubs and clubs at the front of the property, the bedrooms face the back street which was also noisy, staff from nearby restaurant having their break in the street and the emptying of bottles at all time of day and night. also when we arrived in the flat a bouquet of dead flowers had been left on the table. dead petals everywhere and water rather smelly. otherwise we had a great time.
