Despite a couple of minor issues, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many looking forward to returning.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is consistently described as very clean, with one isolated incident of rubbish being left by a cleaner. This seems to be an exception rather than the rule.

The location is exceptional, with direct access to a sandy beach and proximity to Weymouth and Portland. Guests are enamoured by the views and the convenience for walks and swims.

Guests find the house comfortable, likening it to being home from home, with comfy beds and a relaxing balcony. The property provides a calming environment after busy days out.

The house is well-equipped for a comfortable stay, including a cupboard full of games for rainy days. One guest mentioned an issue with the key safe, which suggests a slight concern for maintenance.

While guests express appreciation for the property's amenities and the owners' efforts, there is no specific mention of gifts. Therefore, it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness based on gifts, and the score is set to null.

Communication and flexibility of the owners was excellent, thank you. The house is in a great location with immediate access to the sandy, safe, small beach. This made it so easy to go for a swim and be able to walk back for a shower. The footpath outside the house is very accessible, great for walking into Weymouth or cycling. We enjoyed the nearby gardens, castle ruins and cafe. The house itself is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
