Resting beside the trickling waters of the Mill Stream in the fantastic seaside town of Lyme Regis, Riverdance Cottage is a Grade II listed cottage and a great base for a family looking to explore the coast of Dorset. Enter the property on the first floor, where a lovely little sitting area awaits, emitting a quaint cottage feel, where guests can settle in the sitting area and warm their feet beside the woodburning stove. Take the stairs down to the ground floor and discover a great little cottage kitchen with loads of traditional features, including wooden roof beams, along with plenty of amenities to cater to your culinary needs, as well as a dining table for four. A WC is conveniently located on this floor. On the first floor there is also a refreshing bathroom in blue,and on the second floor two lovely bedrooms for a cosy nights sleep. The property is very centrally located in the heart of the town centre less than a minute walk from the beach. The town of Lyme Regis is simply fantastic, with loads of independent shops selling home-made goods, and plenty of pubs, shops and eateries. Guests can explore the history and heritage of the local area with a visit to one of the local museums, for example the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum, head out to the harbour to enjoy the views, or even explore the extensive coastlines to see if they can find any fossils. Lyme Regis also has coastal trails, the picturesque Langmoor and Lister Gardens, Jane Austin’s Garden and a woodland walk, as well as a local theatre. Learn more about the Jurassic Coast at Charmouth Heritage Cast Centre, where you can also enjoy lunch, or try out a game of golf at one of the local courses. Further from here, breath-taking walks can be enjoyed through the East Devon and Dorset Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is simply so much to do during a stay at Riverdance cottage.

The bustling seaside town of Lyme Regis has many narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries, and cafes selling local produce, as well as a great many tasty eateries and pubs. Take a stroll along the Cobb causeway overlooking the quaint harbour, or go fossil hunting along the coast to see what treasures you can find. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking and spectacular views over the Jurassic coast, while Lyme Bay is the perfect place to relax and unwind. An ideal vacation spot!

You are allowed to pull up outside the house to offload luggage etc..

and there are spaces on the road which allows you to park for 2 hours.
