The town of Lyme Regis itself is full of activities for you to choose from, with two museums offering a glimpse into the prehistoric and human past, and a local aquarium where you can learn more about the creatures that live along the coast. Take a walk along the famous Cobb Harbour before continuing to Lyme Regis Fossil Beach or Monmouth Bay, where you will be able to search for fossils amongst the rocky shores and towering cliffs. In the evenings, return to the town centre to pay a visit to some of the wonderful craft shops before ending the day with a hot meal and a glass of your favourite beverage in one of the many eateries available.
