Guests say

Farwood Cottage is praised for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfortable stay, with easy parking and clear access instructions. Its location offers proximity to beaches and attractions, though the approach via a farm track and steep stairs may not suit everyone. The exterior CCTV and toilet flush issue are noted concerns.

The cottage is described as 'spotlessly clean', indicating a high level of cleanliness that guests appreciated.

The location is well-positioned for beaches and attractions, but the access road with potholes and lack of signage are drawbacks.

Guests found the cottage very comfortable and spacious, though the steep stairs were a concern for some, affecting the comfort level for children and those unsteady on their feet.

The cottage is well-equipped and offers plenty of space and easy parking. However, issues with the toilet flush and the steep stairs suggest some maintenance concerns.

There is no mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

Nice and cozy place but very hidden, well-equipped kitchen but lacking some basic infrastructure.

Not really suitable for children or anyone ‘unsteady on their feet ‘ The stairs are awkward.

    • Miss Andrews

The toilet flush in the upstairs bathroom was extremely difficult to use, and took ages for it to refill with water. Everything else was perfect. A lovely stay and we felt at home there.
