Moving through to the charming lounge you will find a wood burner set into a charming inglenook fireplace making this a cosy room for relaxing and warming up after a long day exploring the surrounding countryside. An inviting snug next door offers an alternative space to unwind in front of the Smart TV or make use of the selection of games and books available. There are two beautifully presented bedrooms in this property each enjoying stunning rural views and accessed via separate steep cottage-style stairs. The first bedroom is accessed via stairs leading from the lounge to the first floor where you will reach a pretty landing area with a quaint window seat overlooking a pond in the adjoining field. On this floor there is a charming king-size bedroom with views over the garden and adjacent to this bedroom is a shower room. From the kitchen is another set of stairs leading to the second bedroom which is a light and airy twin room featuring traditional wooden floorboards and a separate WC. Stepping outside there is a spacious enclosed garden with lawn and garden furniture perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine overlooking the sprawling countryside beyond. There is off-road parking for two cars within the fenced garden. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin, each accessed via separate steep cottage style stairs. 1 shower room with WC and 1 separate WC.
