This charming semi-detached cottage has been lovingly refurbished, and offers a delightful combination of period features and thoughtful attractive styling. Winterborne Whitechurch is a pretty Dorset village and an ideal base for exploring the nearby villages and towns, the beautiful countryside and the Jurassic Coast.
Situated within a beautiful and rural area of Dorset, Little Dorset Cottage has been carefully furnished and prepared with thoughtful touches throughout. With a large inglenook fireplace, guests can enjoy relaxing in front of the wood burning stove whilst watching television or reading a book from the large selection provided. The property has been featured in numerous magazines and was the winner of the Period Living Award for Best Project 2022.
The bright open-plan kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a dining area with table, chairs, and a television. Opening the bi-fold doors extends the kitchen and dining area to include the pretty courtyard garden with its sofa, armchairs and coffee tables, creating a wonderful outside dining space.
Sleeping up to four guests in two attractive bedrooms, and with a stunning bathroom which includes a feature bath and separate shower enclosure, this special little cottage is a great choice for a wonderful Dorset break with family or friends. With numerous opportunities for walking or cycling all around the village and beyond, and a selection of pretty villages within easy reach, the opportunities for exploring are endless. Dorchester, Blandford, Wareham, the Isle of Purbeck, Weymouth Beach and Lulworth Cove are all within easy reach from this perfect little gem.
