The nearby town of Bridport has a good choice of pubs restaurants and shops as well as an eclectic range of boutiques selling antiques and vintage curios. Hive beach is the perfect place to take a stroll and admire the gorgeous coastline or Burton Bradstock is a lovely village with some wonderful pubs and cafes to enjoy. Head to West Bay and watch the boats bobbing in the harbour before clearing out the cobwebs on the beach which is backed by striking cliffs.

Lyme Regis is ideal for an afternoon spent browsing the charming cobbled streets. Step from the roadside to the entrance door into this cottage. You are immediately struck by the character on offer with beautiful original flagstone floors original beams and stone work throughout the cottage. The characterful lounge is the ideal place to relax as it has a Smart TV/DVD and a stunning inglenook fireplace complete with wood burner so why not put your favourite programme on and unwind the comfy sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests. Set to the back of the cottage is the kitchen and dining room which has an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The bathroom leads off from the hallway and has a shower over bath and WC and a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. From the lounge a door leads to the winding cottage style stairs which rise to the first floor. Here you will find a pretty king-size bedroom set to the front of the cottage with a Smart TV/DVD and a cosy twin bedroom overlooking the rear garden. A useful separate WC is positioned on the first floor. Due to the age of the property there are low doorways areas of restricted head height and changes in level peppered throughout which only adds to its character and charm.

Heading outside to the pretty enclosed terraced rear garden you will find steps leading up to numerous levels firstly an enclosed lawn and then a lovely decked area with seating and views over the rooftops to the church and countryside beyond. Make use of the charcoal BBQ and enjoy a drink or meal outdoors.
