The historic walled town of Wareham is easily accessible, where you can head to the river and hire a boat or a kayak for some fresh air and fun. The stunning Jurassic Coastline is ever popular and is home to many of Dorset s most photographed attractions including Lulworth Cove and Corfe Castle, which is a must see for history lovers. For those wishing to get active there are many walking and cycling routes locally or perhaps visit the Tank Museum or Monkey World for a great day out or if you fancy a trip to London or surrounding towns you can access the main train line within a short walk of the property. There is also a couple of golf courses within a short drive if you like to hit a ball or two. Heading up a step into an inner hallway you will find the bathroom on your left, this inviting space has a fabulous roll top bath as well as a separate shower and WC. Just opposite is a handy storage room, perfect for putting your walking gear at the end of the day. At the end of the hallway is the kitchen, designed with care and well equipped, this space is home to a range style electric oven and gas hob and additional electric oven, fridge and dishwasher. A dining table is the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast. Just next door and up a step is a utility space, with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and a microwave. Leading on from the kitchen is a light and bright conservatory looking out over the garden., this generous space has a TV, sofas where you can rest a while with a good book and a dining table suitable for all the family.
