This lovely semi-detached cottage ‘Stockford’ can be found in the village of East Stoke near Wool, Dorset and can accommodate six people. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is within easy reach of some of Dorset’s finest beaches and the famous Jurassic Coast. Two off-road parking spaces are available at the property, situated behind an electric gate. Once inside the cottage, you’ll discover a stylishly decorated sitting room with rustic, exposed beams and a fantastic inglenook fireplace - it would be hard not to snuggle up on the reclining sofas to watch a family film on the large Smart TV or just relax with a cup of tea or something a little stronger. The conservatory is an alternative space which offers seating in a relaxing atmosphere – ideal too as a playroom for the kids. The kitchen/diner, with two ovens and granite worktops, has all the equipment needed to rustle up a tasty treat. Here you can sit and chat about the days happenings, or make plans for the rest of the holiday whilst sitting around the large kitchen table. The utility room comes in handy, here you can throw off your sandy wet clothes after a day at the beach and head straight to the luxury shower room that adjoins it. Upstairs, there are three attractive double bedrooms, one with a large Smart TV. The bathroom is a place you can relax in the oversize bath to unwind and recharge. Outdoors, to the side of the house, is the garden which is laid to lawn and offers a decking area where you can sit and enjoy a sundowner or watch the children play whilst you BBQ a tasty supper. Wool, the adjoining village has two pubs, two good convenience stores, a bakers, butchers, hairdressers and train station. Lulworth Cove and the famous Durdle Door arch is just a ten minute drive away, and Monkey World Ape Sanctury and The Tank Museum just a five minute drive. The Saxon town of Wareham can be found just 3.5 miles away and here you can find an array of shops and cafes/restaurants and enjoy a relaxing time by the river. A half hours drive will find you at the coastal towns of Weymouth or Swanage and the National Trusts Corfe Castle and Studland Beach are within easy reach too. With so much to see and do in the area, Stockford is the ideal place from which to explore all Dorset has to offer.

Wool is a small Dorset community with a railway station that connects Weymouth and Waterloo. The River Frome runs through the village and has famous associations, such as the 17th century Woolbridge house where the heroine of Thomas Hardy's novel 'Tess of the D'Ubervilles' spent her honeymoon. The Tank Museum and Monkey World are close by.
