Corfe Castle's ruins, maintained by the National Trust, tower over this Dorset hamlet and civil parish. The village is located between Wareham and Swanage, overlooking the Purbeck Hills and is near to the sea and countryside. Nearby natural areas include Hartland Moor National Nature Reserve, Studland and Godlingston Heath National Nature Reserve, and the Jurassic Coast. Purbeck Big Apple Maize Maze is close for a great family day out, while Swanage, with its Blue Flag and Seaside Award-winning beach, provides coasteering, abseiling, climbing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, and scuba diving.
