This luxurious 3-bedroom forest lodge with a hot tub sits off the beaten track, nestled in a peaceful wildlife haven on the edges of the historic village of Corfe Castle in Dorset. Ideal for couples, groups of friends and families of six, this holiday home offers a great base for beach lovers, walkers, stargazers (thanks to the lack of light pollution), wellness seekers, bird-watchers, and anyone craving a romantic or restorative escape. Your new home-away-from-home has off-road parking, a furnished private balcony, and a bubbling hot tub, perfect for unwinding in style after a day of adventure. Sauna and cold plunge facilities are also available, with private sessions offered subject to availability and additional fees applicable.

Be welcomed into the light and airy open-plan living space, where you can relax with your loved ones on the corner sofa in front of the woodburning stove while a much-loved film plays on the flat-screen TV. Corfe Castle is a civil parish and ancient settlement in the English county of Dorset, dominated by its National Trust-owned ruined castle of the same name. On the road between Wareham and Swanage, the settlement overlooks the Purbeck Hills and provides easy access to both the shore and the countryside. This area, which includes portions of the Jurassic Coast, is ideal for individuals interested in outdoor adventure, as it is close to both the Hartland Moor National Nature Reserve and the Studland and Godlingston Heath National Nature Reserve. The village is home to a variety of amenities, including a village shop, gift shop, Post Office, and a number of pubs and restaurants, while its best attractions are the Model Village & Gardens, Purbeck Mineral & Mining Museum, Dorset Adventure Park, the Boiler Gallery, and, of course, the 1,000-year-old Corfe Castle. The Purbeck Big Apple Maize Maze is also within easy reach for those seeking a family-friendly day out, while the coastal town of Swanage is well worth the journey to discover its Blue Flag and Seaside Award-winning beach, with ample opportunities for coasteering, abseiling, climbing, paddle-boarding, and kayaking, while the bay offers scuba diving for those looking to try something different. Discover the Swanage Railway, Durlston Castle and Country Park, the Swanage Museum, and a plethora of shops and restaurants, or venture further afield to Bournemouth and Weymouth for even more excellent family-friendly attractions.
