While the sofas and some aspects of cleanliness have been noted as areas for improvement, the overall experience is very positive, with many guests eager to return.
Several guests mentioned that cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the bathrooms and with the shower heads. However, these comments suggest that the property was generally clean, but with room for improvement.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to Durdle Door, local shops, and pubs. The convenience and beauty of the area contribute to a positive experience.
The comfort of the property is generally well-regarded, though several guests found the sofas to be tired and uncomfortable. The beds received mixed feedback, with some finding them too soft.
The property is celebrated for its well-stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. However, some guests noted that the plumbing and certain appliances could use attention.

The kitchen has extensive kitchen/cooking equipment for the amateur chef and the dining room has an extending dining table seating eight guests.
Situated in the heart of the village, the property is within a short walk of the village stores and a couple of pubs including a 16th-century thatched tavern reputed to be one of the oldest public house in Dorset.
Known as the Gateway to the Jurassic Coast, West Lulworth is situated within a scenic 10 minute stroll of the picturesque Lulworth Cove, a sheltered horse-shoe shaped natural harbour.
Historically, the cove was notorious as a popular landing point for smugglers looking to land their illicit booty. Today a fleet of fishing trawlers are based in the cove as well as pleasure boats offering scenic day voyages along the coast. Its sheltered position makes the cove particularly popular with beachgoers looking to sunbathe and swim.
Lulworth Cove is only half a mile from Durdle Door, an iconic natural limestone arch which has featured in several music videos, television productions and movies such as Nanny McPhee.
Weymouth and Portland, official Olympic 2012 sailing venues, are within a 20-mile drive.

Lovely big place with 2 x car parking spaces. Beds Lovely, showers lovely, kitchen lovely with everything you need. A 10 min walk to the cove with coffee shops and and hours walk up hill to Durdle Dor. Loads of great walks around with a local shop open untill late & a great pub just down the road.I would of given it 5 stars but the place does need a few things doing to it (not hugely important) & the cleanliness could of been a bit better.I would definitely go back though & I would recommend this property.

We arrived in good time and we could get into Humbury House earlier than we thought , Humbury house is a beautiful property parking for two cars one in driveway way and also one parking space in garage or outside in front of garage . The house is very spacious and welcoming and very well equipped especially in the kitchen . The only moan for us as a group of six was the sofas in the lounge are very tired and little uncomfortable . Also the toilets and shower heads needed an extra clean , as did the house . Apart from that we all had a lovely stay the area is so beautiful and so close to Durdle Door with lots of great walks . Pubs in village get very busy so book ahead time but food very good . Thankyou we enjoyed our stay .
