50A High Street is a beautiful first-floor apartment in Swanage, the perfect place for a family holiday or a group of friends to come stay. It's got a chic décor, contemporary amenities and is just a stone's throw away from the sandy beach. Park up on the roadside before making your way to the first floor to make yourself at home. The open-plan living space is a great place for cooking, dining, and relaxing after a day filled with fun. It comes with an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, two sofas, a TV, and dining seating to savour mealtime together.

The Swanage Railway ends in town, and nostalgic steam engine trips take tourists on a 6-mile journey through lovely countryside to Corfe Castle. Nearby Durlston Country Park offers coastal walks, dolphin spotting, and wildlife watching, plus comfortable viewing points and a well-stocked cafe. Well kitted out with everything required for a great and comfortable stay. We stayed over Christmas and the decorated and illuminated tree was a nice touch. There was even a turkey roasting tray provided! Parking in Swanage can be tricky but time restricted parking is available immediately outside the property and there were spaces for overnight parking on most evenings. Other on street parking is only a short walk away. And the Red Lion is just across the road. A pint of Timothy Taylorâs Landlord, straight from the barrel, should not be missed! Our originally booked Swanage accommodation was withdrawn by the owner 2 weeks before travel, much to our annoyance (to put it mildly!) and after having tried to move us 2 months previously (but then confirmed!), so Sykes found this property for us at very late notice, and it was excellent.

After unloading the car on arrival we parked it in the nearby carpark where it stayed until our departure, as we took advantage of the local busses.
