From Swanage, you can travel on the Swanage Steam Railway to the National Trust s Corfe Castle, a historical village and castle (5.5 miles). If you venture into the large town of Poole (20 miles), there are plenty of boat trips to choose from including one to the National Trust s Brownsea Island, famous for red squirrels. Or why not wander along the South West Coast Path and admire the attractive coastline and beaches. As you enter the property, a flight of stairs takes you up to the apartment which is situated on the first and second floors. On the spacious landing you will be greeted by table football and a piano, offering a nice variety of entertainment in addition to the TV.
