This property enjoys a fantastic location at the end of a quiet lane in the picturesque village of Corfe Castle known for its impressive Civil War era castle. This thousand year old monument makes an interesting day to spend a day, wandering the walls and enjoying the varied programme of events which take place throughout the year. Besides from the castle, the village is also home to the Swanage Railway, allowing visitors to catch a heritage steam train and enjoy a leisurely trip through the countryside to the nearby seaside town of Swanage with its sandy beach. The dining area, at one end of the room is situated next to three steps which lead up to a door opening onto the garden, whilst there is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine. One of the property s bedrooms, a restful single room with an additional pull out bed (suitable for a child only), is also located on the ground floor, as is the bathroom with its shower over bath and WC. The remaining three bedrooms can be found at the top of steep cottage style stairs on the first floor, where the landing is lit at night with motion sensor floor level lighting. The first bedroom on this floor is the king size master bedroom with its attractively beamed ceiling, whilst the second bedroom is a peaceful double room, with the third being a pretty single.
