Sarah was a lovely host and nothing was too much trouble in making our stay enjoyable. Everything we needed was here at La Rose. We visited many picturesque villages and places of interest including Lulworth, Durdle Door, Bridport and nearby Shaftesbury to name but a few. The Alfred kitchen in Shaftesbury is highly recommended.

Thank you for a lovely peaceful stay in a part of Dorset we haven’t visited before. We enjoyed exploring Cranborne Chase, had some lovely long walks there and thereabouts and visiting Shaftesbury. The welcome pack of bread and cookies was very much appreciated.

Thank you for your welcome. The cottage was perfect for our stay, wonderful and in super condition. Like others we discovered The Ship Inn and can’t recommend it highly enough, really first class food with variety.Lovely spot to stay and hope to return.
