Set in the beautiful Blackmore Vale at the foot of Bulbarrow Hill there are many walking and cycling routes running directly from the property, taking in the wonderful scenery of this picturesque spot. Take a trip to the quaint village of Hazelbury Bryan, where you can find a shop and characterful pub. The beautiful Jurassic coastline, with popular sites including Lulworth Cove and Ringstead Bay is also accessible by car. A footpath leads from the parking area to the semi detached single storey property. Once inside you are met by a light and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave. Leading on from here you will find a sun room, with wonderful countryside views. Heading back through the kitchen/diner brings you to the two bedrooms, one twin and one double as well as the shower room with WC, which is shared between them. With exposed timbers and brickwork there is no shortage of character features to be admired here. Heading outside you will find an enclosed garden with lawn, furniture and a hot tub. This is the perfect spot for enjoying a meal outdoors or simply taking a dip and enjoying the view. There is off road parking for one car within the shared car park, approximately 50m from the property. (Unloading is possible approximately 10m from the property). Shared leisure facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, games room with pool table, activity centre with badminton court and table tennis, children s outdoor play area with trampoline and three coarse fishing lakes. Please note: Due to the current situation with Covid 19 the shared facilities of gym and sauna will not be available. You will be allocated a time slot for using the swimming pool and it is requested that you arrive at the pool "pool ready" as there will be no changing facilities or toilets available. No towels are being provided. The games room and activity centre with table tennis and badminton will be available with sanitizers and a one way system in place to ensure social distancing.
