Cyclists can take to the Castleman Trail Way which leads to Poole (10.5 miles) or the New Forest (7 miles). In the New Forest, enjoy walking and spotting the resident animals, which include ponies, cows, sheep and pigs. Choose from an array of fantastic local restaurants and pubs to keep your energy up. Explore Poole Harbour (13 miles), the second largest natural harbour in the world. It is also the start of the Jurassic Coast, along which you can discover wonderful beaches and try your hand at fossil hunting. The property gets its name from the railway that ran from Hamworthy to Brockenhurst through the golf course, now the Castleman Trail Way.

The property is located within a renovated farmhouse next to the golf course clubhouse. Entering the property via a spiral staircase which is shared with the other property you will find a well-equipped kitchen with everything required to cook up a storm. There is a door from here leading directly onto the BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining. The open-plan living/dining room is the perfect place to entertain or relax after a day exploring, with comfortable sofas, a large 10-seater dining room table, and Smart TV with a Sky Q package to keep all entertained. French doors lead onto the sun terrace. Take a few steps that lead you to the games area which offers a multi-sports table, children's toys, and board games. There are three bedrooms to choose from, with the master bedroom offering a king size bed, a built-in cabin bed with two single beds suitable for children (accessed via steps or ladder), and an en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom has an additional fold-out single bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom three has a king-size bed with an additional single bed, en-suite bathroom, and a door leading to the balcony with golf course views.

Outside there is a communal garden which is mainly laid to lawn with garden furniture. Enjoy relaxing on your own sun terrace with sun loungers and a gas BBQ. Within 50 metres you can enjoy an evening meal in the local restaurant which is located in the clubhouse, book a round of golf, or enjoy time on the driving range with all the family.
