Lovely barn conversion on a working farm on the edge of a quiet village. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Beds were comfortable and the 2 en suites were a bonus as was the access ramp to the front door. Plenty of storage space. The welcome pack was appreciated, so good to arrive to tea bags and milk plus cake and biscuit's . Only tiny little little gripe is the lack of a dishwasher and no wifi. That said the phone signal was good enough and I can wash my own dishes

An excellent small cottage/barn conversion on a working farm.Great attentive hosts Sylvia and Gary.Spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen.Both large double bedrooms en suite. Very quiet village. A pub and post office……and local housing. Round about a 1 hour steady drive to Bude, Exeter, Bideford, Westward Ho.Nearest major town and shopping …….Okehampton (20 minutes)Would benefit from Wi-Fi but maintains a reasonable phone signal even though “out in the sticks”Looking to get away from it all? This is ideal.We loved it.Recommended.
