Easy enough access to both north and south Devon, as well as Dartmoor. The welcome basket was a thoughtful touch too; thank you. A really minor point, and I mean minor, although there were only two of us staying it would have been nice to have a bath mat in both the ensuite and main bathrooms. Overall an excellent property.

Round door knobs difficult to turn. Well equipped. Lovely garden. Beds comfortable Would recommend the Church Barn.
