Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. The interior is a mixture of original features and modern , a lot of personal items in the property, children’s toys, photos and boots which remind you this is someone’s home.Would benefit from a new dinner set of plates as some are chipped and a real mixed batch of sizes and style. Also an iron and ironing board Saying this the housekeeper Kate was great bringing down her own iron to help outThe place is fabulous and would definitely book it again

Chocolate box cottage. Well equipped. Lots of children's toys (too many for my grown-up family). Quite location with lovely extensive grounds. Walkable to village shop but can be muddy. Owner very helpful if you have questions. Would be nice to have some outdoor eating space.
