Twelve acres of woods and meadows (bluebells in spring) to explore, stretching to the river (private salmon/trout fishing), and direct access to the moor. Garden in front and large meadow at the back with patio (table/chairs, barbecue).

Inside, attractive and comfortable. Porch; hall; good-sized living room (woodburner, TV/DVD/video); reading room with door to garden and 3 steps up to fitted kitchen/dining room (washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer). Upstairs, three bedrooms – a big double (5’ Victorian bed) with 3 steps up to en suite shower-room (suite) with low ceiling, another double with 3 steps up to en suite bathroom (suite plus hand-shower), and 2 steps down to a little single (use of en suite bathrooms only). Spring water. Game or rough shooting, by arrangement. Best for maximum of 4 adults. A superbly secluded situation for walking, tor-climbing, riverside picnicking or just soaking up the scenery.
