Head north and you ll reach the old stannary town of Tavistock, which sits on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, perfect for a long walk followed by a hearty meal at a local pub. Also within easy reach is Plymouth, which boasts an array of shops, pubs, restaurants, an aquarium and theatre. Explore the river walks, looking out for the local birdlife along the way. Within walking distance of the property, you can enjoy the local tennis courts, playing field, children's climbing frames.
