Three steps up to front door into neatly fitted kitchen (slimline dishwasher, microwave, small fridge/freezer); step up to boot space and area for coats with washing machine and smart bathroom (suite, shower over bath). From kitchen to pretty beamed living/dining room with large inglenook fireplace (woodburner), window seat and TV/DVD. Door to stairs up to very good-sized double bedroom (5’ bed, TV). Spring water. A super, romantic bolt hole for exploring Dartmoor’s wild fringes or further afield.
