An timber lodge arranged over two floors, there are two lovely bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and twin. A family shower room is also on the ground floor. On the first floor a further single bedroom can be found to one side of the open plan living space. The living area is light and airy and looks out across the lake. This tastefully furnished, social space offers a dining area, comfortable sitting area and stylish kitchen to one side. Step out onto your balcony and enjoy the birdsong and views. A perfect spot for a summer alfresco breakfast before you head off to enjoy the rest of your day. The 40 acres of grounds are available for your use, including a restaurant, shop and children’s play area.

Halwill Junction is a small settlement sitting in Mid Devon, offering easy access to many coastal and countryside attractions. The settlement is home to a local shop and pub, as well as history surrounding its Nature Reserve, while nearby Holsworthy boasts a wider selection of amenities and its own museum. To the north of the village you can easily get to the coast for a day full of sandcastle building and sun soaking, or head north to discover Dartmoor National Park.
