Situated a few minute s drive from the North Cornish coast, this accommodation has the added plus of offering both coastal and moorland views from its decked lookout at the top of the garden, an ideal spot to sit and relax at the end of a busy days exploring with a pint or glass of wine. There are lots of places of interest to visit in the area which is famed for its beautiful walks and excellent sandy beaches. Visit Widemouth Bay which is also ideal for surfing and bathing. Well positioned for touring the area with attractions such as Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets and Bude with its beaches and canal nearby. Bude also offers a large variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, a golf course and leisure centre. The Eden Project is also within reach being approximately just over 1 hour s drive away. This accommodation is perfect for those wanting to get away from it all and for exploring this great area of North Cornwall. On entering the property you will find the kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine,fridge, freezer and a microwave. The kitchen leads to the roomy lounge/diner with a cosy feature fireplace, TV/DVD and dining table. There is also a very pleasant sun lounge overlooking the enclosed patio as well as a WC on the ground floor. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed. It offers glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean, a walk in wardrobe and there is an additional en suite shower room with WC. Outside, guests can relax in the spacious patio with seating or follow the wooden steps up to a raised decked lookout with views over the surrounding countryside and distant sea views. A BBQ is available to cook up an evening treat to remember. There is ample off road parking and electric car charging available.
