The property s proximity to the Cornish coast is a real draw for visitors, whether they fancy spending lazy days on Bude s sandy beaches, exploring the pretty fishing village of Boscastle, or treading in the footsteps of the legendary King Arthur in the atmospheric town of Tintagel. This charming barn conversion property is reached via a quiet tarmac lane, giving the property a lovely secluded feel. Once inside, the main living area is a welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which the owners have thoughtfully dressed in a homely cottage style with inviting sofa seating, plump cushions, and exposed beams. The second bedroom is a galleried twin room which is accessed via stairs from the living area. The location of this room in the eaves of the property means that there is a sloping ceiling and some reduced head height. Outside, there i garden to the rear of the property which has a patio area with a BBQ and seating, beyond which is an enclosed lawn area with views over the surrounding fields.
