Semi-detached to the friendly owners’ original farmhouse, it’s approached over a few hundred yards of private hardcore drive which end in a neat, tidy courtyard to the front of the cottage. At the back, a safely enclosed, paved garden (table/chairs, barbecue) full of flowers and shrubs.
Generous-sized beamed living/dining room with TV/DVD, woodburner and French windows to garden; fitted kitchen (slimline dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, freezer); ground-floor loo. Stairs up to two beamed bedrooms – a double (5’ bed) with en suite shower-room (suite), and one with three single beds; bathroom (suite with separate shower). Spring water. No children under 6, except pre-crawling babies. Use of private airstrip, by arrangement. A place for star-gazing and quiet contemplation.
