One of two cottages set in the heart of Devon. Unique experiences can be enjoyed with Alpaca walking being offered on site as well as goats, sheep and chickens. Its a family friendly place and a great base for a your holiday at any time of the year.

Ideally located in the heart of Devon, this refurbished cottage completed in 2020 offers a great base from which to explore the area. Enjoy the animals on site, walk with the Alpacas (by arrangement) or see the goats, sheep, lambs (seasonal) and chickens or wander down to the lakes and enjoy a picnic. There is much to see and do in the area with lots of golden sandy beaches at Westward Ho! Saunton and Woolacoombe. Family attractions will delight the younger ones with The Big Sheep and Milky Way adventure parks. Other attractions include RHS Rosemoor, or the Tarka Trail where you can walk, hire bikes and cycle, traffic free. Newly carpeted in 2021, this cottage offers a lounge/diner with wood burner, exposed beams and comfy seating, relax and watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen is well fitted and equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. A shared washing machine can be found in the outbuilding just outside your front door. Moving upstairs there are two bedrooms, one king size and one twin zip and link (which can be made into a king size on request). The bathroom completes the accommodation and offers a bath, with shower over and WC. Heading outside there is a private enclosed garden with seating and a separate secure shed where you can store cycles, top boxes and surfboards. You don't need to go far to find entertainment there is a café on site. Alternatively, enjoy the benefit of free access to the farm park where you will enjoy time with a variety of animals including alpaca's. Range style electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.. Shared washing machine in outbuilding . Travel cot and highchair available. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Off road parking for 2 cars. Pub, shop and restaurants 3 miles. Un fenced lake at the property, children must always be supervised. The farm is open to the public on weekends and school holidays (10 am 5 pm). The cottage area frontage and gardens remains private, no access to visitors.
