About this property
This outstanding renovated annex is located just outside the little village of Umberleigh. Set on one level this modern property provides high quality and romantic accommodation for two in Devon. Entering through the patio doors into the atrium, where a complimentary welcome hamper awaits you, into a wonderful spacious interior, decorated in creamy hues with elegant furnishings and wood flooring to create a calming and tranquil abode that you will be reluctant to leave. There is a telescope to be found in the atrium with a door leading to a cloakroom. Two steps down to the open plan living room, with 32" TV, and dining room which has enough space to entertain six if required. The kitchen / breakfast room is well equipped with electric range cooker on which to cook tasty meals and one step down takes you into the utility room. The bedroom contains a king-size pocket sprung bed, dressed in the finest Egyptian cotton linens and leads into the en-suite shower room with walk in shower, basin, WC and tiled flooring. Outside the views are amazing and you can enjoy a glass of wine on the patio and let your stresses melt away in the summer sunshine or take a walk down through your private wood, and lay back and enjoy the stars in your very own woodland hot tub. Set in a beautiful valley with a variety of country pubs close by, this area is great walking country with the two National Parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor, close by and still within striking distance of the coast. Enjoy summer day trips to the golden beaches of the North Devon coast, Woolacombe, Saunton Sands and Croyde all within a 45 min car journey, or enjoy browsing the shops or the famous Pannier Market at North Devon's main town, Barnstaple, a ten minute drive. Perfect location for a romantic bolthole for lovebirds, Little Silver Nugget is a blissful countryside paradise for two.

Really nice place and very comfortable The hot tub area is incredible, such a nice place to spend a few hours overlooking the countryside Only point would be the stairs at the back of the property are dangerous when wet and should have a warning/restricted when access isn't necessary

My partner and I visited for a week and we both apsolutly adored it! There was not a single thing we could even have a slight bad comment about. Located in a lovely area surrounded by lovely little walks and amazing places to eat.
