Situated within the grounds of the owner s farmstead, this property enjoys a rural setting surrounded by wildlife and resident animals, which include a pony, ducks and chickens. The North Cornwall coast is just a stone s throw away and boasts excellent sandy beaches, cliff top walks and spectacular scenery. Jump in the car for 20 minutes and you ll reach popular Bude, ideal for surfing, bathing and eating out. Other popular attractions are within easy reach, such as Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor, Clovelly, Boscastle, Appledore and Padstow. Three golf courses are situated close by, one in Bude, on in Holsworthy and one in Launceston. Inside, this open plan cabin boasts vaulted ceilings with whitewashed exposed beams and ceiling trusses, wooden flooring and plenty of colourful knick knacks. In the kitchen area, you will find an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
