This cottage was originally part of the old piggery, set in five acres of grounds overlooking beautiful countryside. The market town of Holsworthy is nearby with shops, pubs and a weekly pannier market, there is also a sports centre for use with an indoor heated pool. Try a game of golf, go fishing, or just take a leisurely stroll around the local countryside. Ideally located for exploring North Devon s beaches and coastal paths, including Bude, Hartland Point, Clovelly, Widemouth Bay, Crackington Haven and Boscastle. There are other attractions such as The Milky Way and The Big Sheep with fun for all the family. Dartington Crystal is worth a visit, along with The Tamar Otter Park and King Arthur's Tintagel. Visit Bodmin moor which boasts the highest point in Cornwall. Entering on the ground floor which leads into the open plan lounge/diner. The lounge area is equipped with a TV, DVD and DAB radio with iPod dock and the comfortable sofas are perfect for relaxing on after a busy day. The dining table and chairs are set for four, for all to enjoy a meal together. The modern kitchen is well equipped including electric oven, electric hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher to do the cleaning after cooking a hearty meal. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, one king size and one twin room. The modern bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. The shared gardens are a great addition, including garden furniture for alfresco dining and a charcoal BBQ on request. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, all weather tennis court, woodland walks for the dogs, a children s play area and adventure trail. The shared games room is ideal for all members of the family with a pool table and table football, there is also a cellar bar (this does not have set opening hours, details will be given on arrival).
