The living room is on the first floor offering exposed beam ceilings and a seating area with a desk to relax and unwind. Externally, the property has a lawn area and patio with table and chairs perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. There is a lake on-site which is stocked with carp perfect for any keen fishermen.

North Devon holds many interesting attractions for all ages. RHS Rosemoor is approximately 30 minutes drive away from the property, an internationally renowned collection of gardens. The Tarka trail is also nearby which features a series of footpaths and cyclepaths that go around North Devon folling the route taken by Tarka the Otter in the book of that name. The Milky Way Adventure Park is also only a half hour drive from the property and is a great family day out.
