About this Holiday Cottage

Situated five miles from Clovelly and close to the dramatic North Devon coast, Quince Apartment is one of three located on an attractive small holding with shared play area, games room and hot tub. Two fishing lakes are also located onsite and the three properties can be booked together to sleep thirteen people.

Inside

The open plan living area has a sofa, armchair, Freeview TV, DVD player and dining table seating three people. Modern kitchen facilities include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. There is also a shared laundry room onsite.

The cottage has a private patio plus shared garden with trampoline, fishing lakes, BBQ, shared hot tub, laundry room and games room.  There are also plenty of resident animals to meet including alpacas, pygmy goats, miniature donkeys, Angora rabbits, chickens and ducks. 

The village shop and pub can be found a ten minute walk away.

Other Things to Note

Private slots can be booked for the hot tub.

Please bring a license if you wish to use the coarse fishing lake.

The rental charge includes bed linen, towels, fuel, power and gas central heating.

Availability

Short breaks may be available at certain times of the year. No pets. The cottage can be booked with two neighbouring properties to sleep up to thirteen people. No smoking.
