Choose from a luxury corner Spa bath (with scented candles and speakers in ceiling to listen to your own cds) of The Aphrodite Suite The Cavern Bathroom (a 6ft circular bath in a slate cavern with special light effects) of the Morpheus suite The Greek mosaic bathroom (with a circular bath fed by a stream runing out from a granite outcrop of rocks) of the Lindos Suite. Coming soon (late June 2014) our new Marrakech suite with a Cavern Bathroom, Vaulted lounge with Moroccan Lanterns and The luxurious Rococco bed with mood setting lanterns.

Choose from 4 very different bedrooms all having the luxury of egyption cotton bedding! Luxury duck /goose feather bedding.(Hypo allergic bedding available on request..Please inform Kathy if you are allergic on booking!) If you are looking for something more economical try our smaller studio apartment Base4you. see website A continental Breakfast can be found in your suite s kitchen, for each morning of your stay. (Cereal orange juice croissants bread for toast butter / bertolli jams marmalade tea coffee milk sugar). As an extra you can always add our European Platter / Full English Breakfast.

In each suite you have a designer leather settee and furnishings in the lounge, with the latest TVs (some offer 3D with Blue Ray players) CD, DVD i-pod in all suites. A second television can also be found in each bedroom!! Modern fully fitted kitchens. Off road, reserved car park spaces! On arriving in Cornwall for your Escape / Romantic short break, you let yourselves in with your individual entry key code. Kathy, the owner, intentionally leaves you alone during your stay.You can upgrade your booking from an Escape to a Romantic break either when you talk to Kathy the owner or when answering the questionaire Kathy emails to you once your booking dates are decided.

Directions to One4two

From exeter Exeter to Okehampton A30 keep on Okehampton bypass. Come off at Sourton Cross and pick up A3079 to Halwill Junction and Holsworthy. From Holsworthy take the Bude road A3072.

Come into Stratton (DO NOT turn OFF IF advised BY SAT NAV!!!) go past the Kings Arms on the right. Follow the road round bends up hill past Medical Centre and cottage hospital up to the A39 junction. Turn left towards Bude. Up gradient past small factory unit Bents on left. Follow right hand bend. You will see a row of bungalows on your left

Slow down! Keep on main road, (just past a road off to the left) you will see a small traffic island and then on your left a bungalow with a dormer window and a house with decking area in front of both. There is a sign for Base4you and on the wall One4two.There is a large tarmac frontage to these properties.

The front door of the house is the entrance to The Aphrodite suite of One4two. The entrance to the Morpheus and Base4you suites are under the pergola between the two properties on the left. The entrance to Lindos is on the right. Each has its own key safe! A parking space is reserved for your suite If you pass Penbode Vets on your left then you have just gone past One4two.

If you end up at Morrisons on the road in to Bude go right round the round about and back up to the A39 and turn left and almost immediately prepare to turn right into One4two.

From Barnstaple (Very twisty route)

Follow road A39 from Barnstaple to Bideford to Kilkhampton towards Bude, past recycling depot (in the woods) on right, several bends .Then into 30 mph zone follow road up towards Bents factory (on your left)

From Down Cornwall.

Follow A39 do not take any turn off to Bude when enter 30 MPH limit houses on left and right. Turning on left to Bude (ignore) you will see Penbode Vets on right and immediately after this is One4two take first entrance and park to the right in the appropriate One4two parking space reserved for your suite.

YOUR KEY code.

(Usually the last 4 digits of your mobile phone) Under the suite s name is a key safe. Slide down cover and turn dials till your number is in line with the line press slide down and safe opens to release your key. This opens the front door / door to your suite. (Please always lock all doors behind you) DO NOT RE-USE THE KEY safe after picking UP THE KEY.

All keys must be returned to Kathy on departure (£50.00 replacement fee will be charged)

Check in and check out times

You can check in from 15:30. You need to check out by 10:30.
