With a quiet setting in the heart of Devon where the coast meets countryside, Little Barn Granary is a pair of two beautiful listed cottages joined by interconnecting doors. Each cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests, and they make the perfect way to holiday with friends or family yet enjoy the privacy of your own space when you’re ready to close the door and unwind.

Little Barn Granary’s surrounded by five acres of picturesque formal gardens, and with leafy woodland, a children’s play area and a swimming pool to share there’s plenty to keep guests of all ages entertained throughout your holiday. There’s also an onsite bar which can be opened of an evening by prior arrangement, and for those times when the mums and dads fancy some time out just like the old days there’s a limited babysitting service available year round.

The tennis court means you can show off your serve and take on the rest of your group, and the heated outdoor pool makes just the place to cool off and enjoy time together between the end of May and September.

Inside the properties, cots and high chairs can be arranged to make things easier for new mums and dads, and little touches such as bread baskets can be arranged for a small additional charge.

The sandy beaches of Bude are just ten minutes away by car, and you’ll find beach toys on the site to make those days on the seaside even more fun for the children in your group. Dogs are welcome in both cottages, so if you’re looking forward to walking the surrounding Devon countryside and beaches you’ll be able to enjoy exploring with your pet in tow year round. Thanks to their location in beautiful Holsworthy, the cottages make just the base for anyone who loves to get out and cycle, horse ride or fish during their break from it all too.

This is a combination of two Cottages; Little Barn and Granary which share inconnecting doors on the Glebe House Cottages site

The mezzanine bedrooms located off the living areas have privacy curtains and no noise insulation

The on site pool will be closed during May and June for maintenance

Cot and high chair may be available upon request.
